About us
Apartments Ferchergasse and their owners introduce themselves...
1993 the foundation for the Appartements Ferchergasse was laid. In this year my parents in law, Hans and Anna Rohacek, the owners of the apartments, bought the attic of Ferchergasse 19. Initially they wanted to make flats to rent out of it, but soon they changed their plans and decided diferentally. The result were 4 holiday flats. In the following years they sucessively bought flats in the same house and in the near surrounding and made comfortable holiday flats out of it.
Right from the beginning, my husband Christian Rank, too worked in the business and by 2006 he assumed the management of it. He is responsible for all the operating activities and for the personal support of our guests. Starting with 2008 I am also working in this family business, but only on part time. My main job is Controlling in a large international insurance company. My fields of work are mainly everything that has to do with Marketing and also supporting our guests. Hans Rohacek, my father in law is our technician. He is responsible for the ongoing enhancements of the apartments and for all other technical things. Before his retirement he worked as a master builder. My mother in law takes passionately care of all the financial topics.
This very familiar structure makes it possible to gurantee every of our guests a personal care during his stay in Vienna and also to support him no matter wich questions or problems occure. Daily until noon we are in the office and otherwise you can reach us by phone.
From my personal view, what makes Appartements Ferchergasse so special are three components:
First the already mentioned familiar business. You come as our guest but leave as a friend.
Second the apartments itself. No matter if you are a family coming to Vienna, a backpack tourist, on a business travel or just want to explore the city. We can offer an apartment for all your needs.
The third and by far not the negliableste factor is our surrounding. We are located in a residential area. There are lots of shopping facilities, some really good restaurants and coffee houses, the optimal access to public transport and the proximity of the Wienerwald. As far as myself is concerning, I have been living here for several years and I don't want to miss a single day.
That's why I really invite you, get to know this charming part of Vienna. I am really looking forward to welcome you soon as our guest in Appartements Ferchergasse.
Yours sincerly
Stephanie Rank
