This 40m² wheelchair equitable apartment with terrace and a small garden offers you perfect comfort for up to 2 persons. It is just 3 minutes away from Ferchergasse 19. The studio has a living-/bedroom with a kitchen unit, an ante room and a separate bathroom with WC.

• sunshade, garden table and chairs
• TV, flatscreen, telephone and WLan (broadband internet)
• 2 cooking plates, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster

For each additional person we charge € 20,- per day.

For a stay longer than 7 nights 4% discount on the daily rate.
